tired.
i’m tired of being mediocre…
sometimes something comes up in my life in the present that reminds me of a time in the past… as soon as i remember it i remember everything else that relates to it that had happened.. eventually i find myself in an almost endless loop of new-old memories. i suddenly get that feeling of tunnel vision and everything feels like when alice falls down the rabbit hole.
a strange thing happens though — after i’m done falling into my past memories and come back into the present i notice that my breathing has slowed down and i start breathing harder trying to gasp for more air.
this isn’t some cheesy emotional post — it physically happens — do i stop breathing or something? it’s happened almost every time an old memory is triggered — nuts.
new approach: every time i get a craving to eat some sweet — i’m going to do 20 push ups. let’s see how that goes.
(and tommy from the power rangers was so BAD ASS.)

went to the gym today — a little later than expected but made it to work on time afterwards! didn’t get a chance to pack lunch though — kinda starving — but the way i look at it i have enough fat on me to last FOREVER. almost done with the first day back — another hour and im OUT. /tired
and here we go.
i’ve fallen off the wagon — now that’ve admitted it — what the crap do i do next. i’ve gone so far off the reservation i have absolutely no idea what to do next. i guess this is one of those situations where you just have to do SOMETHING to figure out the rest of the road. wish me luck.

This is definitely pumpkin season and these muffins are a perfect healthy, delicious way to get your pumpkin fix! They turned out to be the most moist of my mini muffins and the lowest calorie too! If you want to change it up you could double the amount of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to make them even nuttier and spicier, or add crushed nuts like walnuts or pecans. Try making a double batch (or mix and match different mini muffin flavors) and freezing them 4-5 at a time in Ziploc bags for perfect on the go snack packs. Go make them, go go! :)
